Hi, I'm Scott Williams,

I am 32 and live in the beautiful village of Minchinhampton, located within the Cotswolds, where I try to live a self sustaining, Zero waste, vegetarian lifestyle.

I am, a keen Climber photographer, musician and a self proclaimed creative genius.

I am Neurodivergent..... I have ADHD combined type. 

I was diagnosed at the age of six and since I have also been diagnosed with Bipolar and IED. being Neurodiverse does have its ups and downs, positives and negatives, I have used both of these to become an advocate for Neurodivergents and be able to change how my industry and the world around see Neurodiversity.

Through teaching and personal experience I have been able to show individuals and companies how to harness the benefits its brings.

I work within the Engineering Industry as a Geotechnical Engineer for one of the largest Geotechnical companies 'BAM 'Ritchies', part of the Royal BAM group. 

​

Through having a great employer like BAM I have been able to incorporate Neurodiversity into the business and hope to create a bench mark for the rest of the Engineering and construction industry so that Neurodiversity becomes the norm, alongside things such as HSQE.

my Blog is to document this Journey and hopefully give advice and personal experience of living with Neurodiverse presentations within the industry and how the journey to making it the 'norm' evolves.
